Residence 1 – The Townhomes

The Springs will feature 44 townhomes – two units with two homes and 10 units with four homes.

Townhomes will feature attached two-car garages and a basement for storage and additional living space. A four-season “bonus room” will also be available as an option.

Residence 2 – The Duplexes

As you enter The Springs from Tuscola Road and head north on Blossom Drive, you will see 20 duplex units positioned on 10 lots.

These homes offer all the same design features as the Townhomes.

While standard floor plans are available, owners will be able to work with The Springs and its builder, Koester Builders, to customize and personalize this space.

In this area of The Springs, 3-bedroom floor plans are possible, as are both basements and bonus rooms.

Residence 3 – The Specials

As Blossom Drive turns from north/south to east/west, you’ll enter the area of The Springs intended for folks looking for larger, more spacious homes.

This section will feature duplexes on lots that can accommodate greater square footage; several lots are set aside for owners who’d like a free-standing home at The Springs. Working with Koester Builders, owners in this section will be able to customize almost from the ground up. These lots are also deeper, with those along the most eastern section of Blossom Drive allowing for walk-out basements.
